Service Description

Will notarization includes travel fee for one (1) self-proving will document with one (1) notary stamp with testator and two disinterested witnesses. Two (2) will documents, $70, three (3) will documents, $90 (must be notarized in one appointment). For 4 or more wills, please email or call. All parties must have current valid ID, be over the age of 18. and competent. Scan back, delivery/overnight mail fees apply if service is requested. Holiday fee applies if a service is booked on a federally-recognized holiday. It is highly recommended to consult with legal counsel prior to composing any type of will.
