CANCELLATION FEE: Charged if appointment is canceled by customer who is a no-call/no-show.

FEE FOR RETURNED/INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT: If returned payment is not paid within 3 days, fee will be charged.

LATE FEE FOR INVOICES: Invoices with a  balance due will incur a late fee if not paid within 10 days. Fee is applied monthly until invoice is paid in full.

SCAN BACKS: Charge per page for documents to be uploaded or scanned to a recipient upon request.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE: Charge for FedEx, USPS or UPS overnight service upon request after notary appointment.

HOLIDAY FEE: Charged in addition to regular notary fee, travel fee or remote notarization fee if service is requested on a Federal recognized holiday.

DOCUMENT DELIVERY: Charged for delivery of documents (if requested) within 20-mile radius of 73160
