Service Description

Price includes travel fee for one (1) will document with one (1) notary stamp with testator and two disinterested witnesses. Additional notary seals for same document are $5 each. All parties must have current valid ID, be over the age of 18. and competent. Discount offered to attorneys. Scan back, delivery/overnight mail fees apply if service is requested. Holiday fee applies if a service is booked on a federally-recognized holiday. It is highly recommended to consult with legal counsel prior to composing any type of will.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for clients who do not show or call.
