In-person session for notarizing of trust documents.
Service Description
Notarization of self-generated trust documents with up to two (2) signers (grantors), trustee, attorney-in-fact and two (2) disinterested witnesses (if applicable). Travel fee included. Supplemental trusts, each additional $20 POA, will, grant deed added to trust, each additional $15 All parties must have current, valid ID, be over the age of 18 and competent. Scan-back, delivery/overnight mail fees apply, if service is requested. Holiday fee applies if service is booked on a federally-recognized holiday. Must pay online or in person.
Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for clients who do not show or call.
