Service Description

Notarization of trust documents with up to two (2) grantors, trustee, attorney-in-fact and two (2) disinterested witnesses (if applicable). Travel fee included. Additional $10 for each power of attorney, will or grant deed at same appointment (any combination) All parties must have current, valid ID, be over the age of 18 and competent. Scan-back, delivery/overnight mail fees included, if requested. Holiday fee applies if appointment occurs on a federally-recognized holiday. Option to pay online, in person or by invoice.
