Service Description

Price includes travel fee and one (1) notarization of one (1) power of attorney document with principal and two disinterested witnesses. Additional notary seals for same document are $5 each. All parties must have current valid ID, be over the age of 18 and competent. Discount offered for attorneys. Scan back, delivery/overnight mail fees apply if service is requested. Holiday fee applies if service is booked on a Federally-recognized holiday. It is highly recommended to consult with legal counsel prior to composing any type of power of attorney.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for clients who do not show or call.
