Service Description

Price includes travel fee and one (1) notarization of one (1) power of attorney document with principal and two disinterested witnesses. Two (2) POA documents, $70, three (3) POA documents, $90 (must all be notarized in one appointment). For 4 or more PsOA, please email or call. All parties must have current valid ID, be over the age of 18 and competent. Scan back, delivery/overnight mail fees apply, if service is requested. Holiday fee applies if service is booked on a Federally-recognized holiday. It is highly recommended to consult with legal counsel prior to composing any type of power of attorney.
