Notarization of affidavits/oaths, acknowledgements Ex: vehicle title, motor vehicle bill of sale, identity theft affidavit, certificate of title application, lien release, PS Form 1583, DS Form 3053, minor travel consent Starting price is for one document and travel fee. Each additional document is $5. Discount offered to valid businesses. Holiday fee applies for services booked on Federally-recognized holidays. Signers must have valid, current government-issued ID.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for clients who do not show or call.
