Service Description

Notarization of affidavits/oaths, acknowledgements Ex: vehicle title, motor vehicle bill of sale, certificate of title application, lien release, contracts Starting price is for one document and travel fee. Each additional document is $5. Holiday fee applies for services booked on Federally-recognized holidays. Signers must have valid, current government-issued ID and be present to sign document.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for clients who do not show or call.
