Service Description

Presentation and notarization of 4 estate planning documents (trusts NOT included) with two signers and two disinterested witnesses. Travel fee included. Additional documents are $40 each. All parties must have current valid ID and be over the age of 18. Scan back, delivery/overnight mail fees included. Holiday fee applies if a service is booked on a Federally-recognized holiday. Option to pay online, in person or by invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for clients who do not show or call.
